Product Notice ELEVATE Climbers

Request for User Inspection.

We have received a report from one of our Product Testers currently working with our STEIN Elevate Climbers.

They have reported an issue with the location holes in the Climber Pad. However, we need to stress that the issue was with a set of PROTOTYPE pads, to which our production units have already been altered before their release to market and manufactured from a thicker/stronger grade material.

As a result of this report we would like any users of the ELEVATE Climbers to please visually inspect the Pads fitted to the Climbers for any stress wear around the location holes on the climber pad.

Despite being manufactured  from a thicker/stronger grade material we have decided to take corrective action to eliminate any potential future problem around this area and will issue a “Free Support Plate”. This action is a precautionary measure and a “Request for inspection” only.
